The pounding. The throbbing. The searing sensitivity to light.
If you have recurring, frequent headaches, you know how debilitating they can be. You’re filled with dread as you sense them coming on. Sometimes they’re just mildly nagging you throughout the day, while other times they’re so intense that you need to lie down in the dark to get any relief.
It’s frustrating trying to get to the bottom of them when it feels like you’ve tried everything!
What causes headaches?
Any physical imbalances – like headaches – are results of stored and repressed emotion in the body. Headaches are also complicated by deeper beliefs held subconsciously and consciously that keep the body holding onto this energy.
You may even have the tendency to take on other people’s energy, and this too can turn into a headache!
It can feel overwhelming to think about digging into subconscious beliefs and repressed emotions in order to get rid of your headaches. But I’ve made it very simple for you.
In The Carol Tuttle Healing Center, I have many clearings for different physical issues, and I just added a brand new one for headaches.
The next time you get a headache, do this:
When you start to feel a headache coming on, don’t panic. It doesn’t have to ruin your day.
Take 10 minutes and go through the Clearing Session for Headaches.
This clearing session will assist you in letting go of the deeper beliefs and stored emotion. As a result of doing this session, you will train your body to no longer play out this pattern so you can feel mentally, emotionally, and physically clear.
You will feel more balanced and free to go about your day.
Your headache could be trying to send you a message.
We live in a busy, fast-paced world. It can feel impossible to set boundaries and slow down. But as a result of being on the go all the time, you feel pressure and stress—often leading to burn out.
Your body may be sending you this headache to force you to slow down! One of my Healing Center clients recently had this experience:
“I did the Clearing Session for Headaches. I was dealing with a migraine headache all weekend, and it dawned on me that I’ve been using headaches as a way to disconnect and get away from life—because I don’t think I’m worth the self-care and rest. I feel I need an “excuse”. I’ve dealt with bad headaches for most of my life and this realization was a new revelation for me! On Sunday, the headache was still bothering me, so I told my headache, “Thank you, I’m taking care of myself and I can rest when I need to without you now.” I felt so much better physically, and today I woke up without the headache. This is so profound, I love having this knowledge! Thank you! ❤️” -Andrea
