How to Make a Healing Center “App” On Your Phone

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to access the Healing Center everywhere you go, even when you’re not at home?

Think about it. Your phone is always with you. What if you could do your healing sessions, listen to your affirmations, or refer to the journaling prompts at any time of day, all from your phone—no matter where you are?

We have an easy tip to help you do that!

How to turn the Healing Center website into an “app” on your phone:

Here are the directions to add the Healing Center to your phone’s home screen so it functions like an app.

First, we will go over instructions for Android phones, and then you will see instructions for iPhone users.

Android Step 1:

Go to the Healing Center website on your phone’s browser. On the upper right of the screen, click on the 3 dots, which is the browser’s menu.

Android Step 2:

After clicking on the menu, look for the “Add to Home screen” function.

Once you click on that, go back to your home screen. You will now see an icon of the Healing Center. You can move the icon around on your home screen to make it even more accessible!

Here are the instructions for an iPhone:

(Please note: These instructions are specifically for the Safari browser on an iPhone. We highly recommend using that browser for the best experience. If you are using another browser, these instructions will not look the same for you.)

iPhone Step 1:

Go to the Healing Center website on your phone’s browser. On the bottom middle of the screen, click on the “send to” symbol.

iPhone Step 2:

After clicking on the “send to” symbol, click on “Add to Home Screen.”

iPhone Step 3:

After clicking on “Add to Home Screen,” confirm by clicking “Add” on the upper right corner of the screen.

Once you click “Add,” go back to your home screen. You will now see an icon of the Healing Center. You can move the icon around on your home screen to make it even more accessible!
