You’re finally making some progress in your healing. You feel motivated, aligned, and committed to new habits and routines. You’re thinking, This time, I’ve got this.
But then, out of nowhere, life throws something at you—a disruption, an excuse, a spiral—your progress derails. You find yourself back at square one, wondering, Why does this always happen?
If this pattern sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This is one of the most common challenges I hear about in the Healing Center—and we tackled it head-on in our most recent Awakened Chakra Mastery coaching call.
Let’s look at a powerful moment from the call that will help you finally make sense of this cycle and begin to break free from it.
“Why do I sabotage myself as soon as things start working?”
This question came from Olga, a Healing Center member who shared that she often sets plans, starts strong, but always hits a wall within two weeks. Whether it’s her health, home organization, or exercise routines, something unexpected shows up and knocks her off track. She said, “I take courses, I do the work, but I don’t follow through. I always end up sabotaging myself.”
This struck such a chord because many of us have been there.
Here’s what I shared with Olga—and what I want you to hear, too:
“You need to notice all your capacity to manifest without any interference… and then how much interference you’re creating for yourself in other areas.”
You’re not incapable. You’re not broken. You’re powerful—you just haven’t learned to apply that power consistently, especially when things start going well.
2 Tools to Stop Self-Sabotage and Reclaim Your Healing Path
1. Recognize where you’re already a powerful creator.
During the call, Olga shared some incredible examples of her manifesting abilities. A tree she once missed from her home country showed up in her yard. Flowers she admired grew in her space a year later. She even received a free indoor gym for her kids—just by wishing for one!
These weren’t coincidences. These were powerful manifestations.
If you can manifest these things, you can manifest your healing. Start noticing all the ways you’re already succeeding. This shifts you into a “creator” mindset, where you’re empowered instead of defeated.
2. Retrain your brain with conscious affirmations.
Sabotage comes from the stories your brain keeps telling you. They’ve likely been running since childhood—or even longer, from generational patterns. The good news? You can rewrite them.
I recommended Olga return to the Root Chakra and Foot Chakra sessions, especially the affirmation videos. You need to practice saying, I can do hard things. I can move forward. I trust myself.
When these thoughts become your new default, your actions begin to follow. You stop veering off track when life throws something at you. You stay grounded in your healing path, even when it’s tough.
The truth is: you’re already doing more than you realize.
Whether it’s your healing, your home, or your habits—your life is already full of proof that you’re capable. The next step is believing that and choosing, every day, to keep showing up for yourself.
In this Coaching Call, I answered more chakra-related questions about healing generational beliefs, reconnecting with your body, and stepping into your power after painful experiences. It’s all part of the journey toward wholeness.
