How To Use The Law Of Attraction To Get Out Of Debt

7 Tips To Create A Financial Life Of Abundance

Debt. It is a small word that carries so much weight, stress, and anxiety. Debt often starts small, but snowballs into something unmanageable.

It can start with good loans (home, student loans, business, etc.), but get out of control with high-interest rates when other forms of spending money (especially on a credit card) get out of control. How can you harness the Law of Attraction (LoA) to become debt-free and move on to a more balanced life?

Maybe you are making payments regularly, but you know you would be in big trouble if you got laid off at any point. Perhaps you are overspending and keeping yourself in more debt than you need. You might feel financially free, or you might feel like you are drowning in financial worry.

The reality is if you are paying high-interest rates on unnecessary loans and are unable to keep savings, rainy day, and retirement accounts, then you need to change your state of being. Money blocks are holding you back and forcing the focus to be on money overall.

I get it. I know how hard it is to get to this place. But, when you can manage a healthy relationship with spending money and energy towards wealth, you find true freedom. By being more accountable and getting by with less, you move towards a place less focused on money.

So how can you make the Law of Attraction work for you? It may be tough to start working on your debt, but the secret lies in consistency and balance. You can do this!

Tips to Use the Law of Attraction to Get Out of Debt

The Law of Attraction is only going to work if you can align and balance your seven chakras. This process to become debt free can work for you if you take steps without ignoring feelings or intent. You need to heal the chakras, clearing them of baggage and bad habits.

It is going to be hard to stay committed and change your mindset towards your finances. But, after the first few simple steps, it gets easier to use the Law of Attraction to get out of debt.

Name the Problem Causing Debt

Take a deep breath. The hardest step of all might be acceptance.

You must fully admit that where you are in the universe is not where you want to be. You will need to come to terms with your choices before you can shift the energy you have with money.

This step is going to take an effort in the 2nd and 3rd chakras where your emotions and actions driven by power are stemming from. Maybe you have a spending problem, and you need to admit you are purchasing unnecessary items that add to your problems.

Perhaps you took bad financial advice at some point, or unforeseen events led you to seemingly insurmountable debt. Maybe there is someone in your life who is making choices with money that are leading in the wrong direction. Perhaps you have a job that simply doesn’t pay enough for the essentials, leaving you to struggle paycheck to paycheck.

You need to admit what is adding to the problem to deal with it honestly.

Start the Process of Clearing the Mind

But your mind is going to struggle with the strain debt brings. The next step is to work in the 7th chakra by starting the process of clearing your mind.

  • ACCEPT every choice you’ve made to get to this point.
  • FORGIVE any guilt or shame you feel about getting to a place that makes you uncomfortable and anxious.
  • Know that each step is going to be something you can LEARN from—even missteps will be a part of your journey and teach important things.
  • LOOK AHEAD towards future decisions, realizing you cannot control the past.

In this case, there is a lot of weight and burden associated with the complicated strain of debt. To fully clear the mind, it helps to take action early on.

Establish Immediate Actions to Start Change

The secret to starting the process of unburdening your chakra begins with a list of the steps you can take RIGHT NOW to impact your financial problems. These first steps will help solidify your intent. They will alleviate your strain of feeling stuck or powerless. Even though this is jumping down to the root chakra, it is part of clearing the mind so you can truly see a picture of inspiration.

Do you see how all the chakras are going to work together in this? Right now, they are like a tangled mass of yarn. To get an organized yarn ball, you have to untangle things as they pop up. If you try to push forward to the right shape without resolving each knot, you will end up with a haphazard ball. It might seem that haphazard ball of yarn is corrected at first, but it isn’t going to be truly functional until the knots are worked out.

  • Is there something this week you would typically purchase that you can cut out? (coffee, alcohol, sugar, snacks, take-out food, etc.)
  • Are there any purchases you are prone to make that you can cut yourself off from? (clothing, online purchases, impulse buys, books, movies, shoes, etc.)
  • Are there any subscriptions you can stop without a significant sacrifice? (narrowing down streaming services, reducing cable, ending unneeded reading subscriptions, etc.)
  • Is there a bill you can pay off RIGHT NOW that would reduce your stack and is a priority? (gas, rent, credit card debt, etc.)
  • Is there something you can sell or a job you can do that can go directly towards paying off a priority bill?

These are just a few examples of immediate steps you might be able to take that would make forward progress towards eliminating debt. Can you think of more that would apply to you? Make a list.

Begin to Seek Inspiration

Focus on the good. See your potential for growth. Clear any negative thoughts that may try to block your inspiration. You may want to verbalize money affirmations to help clear these thoughts and find inspiration from the source.

Picture yourself as a person who only buys what is needed for health or wellness. Imagine what it will look like as you pay debts on time. Write down all of the qualities the new you will embody.

Visualize Debt-Free Success

Daydream about how the new you will act and imagine life as if you were already the person you’ve envisioned. What does the future look like?

  • See credit card debt balances coming in at $0 each month.
  • Visualize your car being paid off, and a fund already started for the next car (to be paid in cash!).
  • Imagine your home mortgage completely paid off, and a rainy-day fund started.
  • Imagine a place of financial freedom to start home projects without increasing any debts.

When you have an inspired vision of your path, begin your manifestation by clearly picturing the goal. As you keep your picture in front of your conscious thoughts, your subconscious will start to align so that you are enacting your vision. As you fine-tune your thought and emotion frequencies to match your desires, you will begin to realize the vision.

Make Consistent Movement Towards Realizing Your Vision

What you will find is that with each debt paid off, you lessen the amount you owe monthly. Interest stretches these payments out for extended amounts of time, making the purchases more expensive than they were when you bought them. As you see yourself in a new light, you will make different choices in purchases and paying off your debts. Completing one small bill means more next month can go towards another bill (as long as you do not make choices to add on another bill). Just like your ball of yarn unrolled, it is going to take consistent time and effort to untangle and roll the yarn back up.

  • Ask yourself how you are overconsuming and what could be removed long-term from your spending habits.
  • Can you move to a cheaper place?
  • Can you turn in your lease and get a used car that would be paid off with similar payments (or lower!) in a given time?
  • Have you looked at insurance, internet, or phone bill comparisons?
  • Are you considering ways you can improve your financial situation with a raise or a new position at work?
  • Is there a way to cut back on food spending? (specific cuts of meat are lower per pound, and chicken is typically the cheapest meat, growing your own vegetables, increasing meals that are both healthy and cost-effective)
  • Look for items you can sell (or even donate) that might be used toward becoming debt-free, while simultaneously helping you reduce the heightened consumer mentality increasing your debt?

Celebrate Each Success

Each time you move towards your goal, picture the result and congratulate yourself. You are getting there one step at a time! Emit gratitude toward what you have and the lessons you are learning.

Money is not how you feel abundant. Focus on what you genuinely want instead of the material items you get distracted by. Let go of all wrong decisions and replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts on the same frequency as your inspiration through the universe of future you. Like attracts like.
