Is This Negative Belief from Childhood Turning Your Life Inside Out?

You can probably point to experiences in your childhood that have influenced what you believe about yourself as an adult today.

Maybe someone said or did something to you when you were young that caused a part of you to believe a lie.

This lie has turned into a core belief you hold about yourself. Even though it’s false, it blocks you from creating a life of affluence, ease, and joy.

Whenever you want to move forward to do something, you continue to run the program of this false belief, which prevents you from making progress and succeeding.

Consider the possibility that you have the power to change this belief.

Clearing techniques

By using clearing techniques through energy healing, you can remove this false belief about yourself and step into a new energy.

First, let’s start by listing the false beliefs you’ve been carrying unnecessarily from childhood. Yours will be personal to your unique situation, but common ones are:

  • I never finish anything I start.
  • I’m always running behind or late.
  • I’ll never amount to anything. 
  • Nothing ever works out for me. 
  • Nobody likes or supports me. 

Now, rewrite those false beliefs with positive words and affirmations, such as:

  • I complete what is correct for me in a timely manner.
  • It’s easy for me to manage my time well.
  • I’m exactly where I am meant to be on my life’s path.
  • Things show up for me easily.
  • I am loved and supported by the correct friends and family. 

Using EFT energy healing techniques from my instructions in this video, tap on the meridian points on your body as you repeat these phrases. You will create new energy as you reset the wiring in your brain.

Releasing negative energy

You will be amazed at how powerful this energy healing can be. Watch how you feel in this new energy.

As you go about releasing and healing these false beliefs from your childhood, you may notice situations arising that continue to trigger you. Here are 3 ways you can support yourself in this process:

1. Choose how you look at the situation.

Difficult circumstances can bring unfinished business in your life to the surface. It’s a sign that it’s ready to be resolved. Rather than look at it as a bad thing, choose to see this as a positive opportunity to clear the issues.

2. Notice the old habit.

Whenever the old belief comes up, don’t worry or wonder if it hasn’t cleared. Recognize that it’s just the old habit. You can come back to this EFT healing technique and choose the new, true beliefs.

3. Step out of old energy and into the new energy. 

Whenever the false belief seems to return, imagine standing in it and then take a step out of it physically, into the new belief. As you take that step, say to yourself, “I am now in the new energy.”

Be patient with yourself and remember, you have the ability to create a life of affluence, ease, and joy. Use the energy healing techniques that are available to you as you make this transition into a better life.
